Travel Policy

When we travel to a commercial inspection site we charge the inspector's hourly rate for the duration of the expected travel time. Should an overnight stay be required (long distance or multiple day project), we do calculate hotel fees and meals into the inspection cost. These costs will be outlined in the proposal prior to acceptance.

Payment Policy

A $300 deposit is required upon scheduling. This deposit is refundable should the inspection be canceled within 7 days of proposal acceptance. After 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason or timing. Prior to the issuance of any reports, the full inspection fee must be paid in its entirety. Secure credit/debit card transactions or ACH transfers are the preferred payment methods. Net payment options and defer to closing payment options are not available.

Inspection Agreement Policy

Every commercial inspection client is required to agree to and sign our inspection agreement, a standard procedure in both residential and commercial inspection services. This agreement encompasses the scope of practice, payment policy, guarantee of payment, limitations and liabilities, procedures for submitting claims, and additional relevant details. This agreement is signed after the client reviews their personalized proposal.
