Fireline Inspections – Positively Charlotte

From Firefighting to Home Inspections in Charlotte

Fireline Inspections was founded by Jordan Steward, a full-time firefighter who has seen firsthand what can happen when problems within a home go unnoticed or are left uncorrected.

That experience helped shape Fireline’s approach to home inspections.

Responding to homes in a variety of conditions has given Jordan a unique perspective on electrical concerns, structural issues, maintenance problems, potential hazards, and other conditions that can affect a home and the people living in it.

Today, Fireline Inspections brings that safety-focused mindset to home and property inspections throughout Charlotte and the surrounding communities.

A Different Perspective on Home Inspections

A home can look great during a showing while still having problems that are difficult for the average buyer to recognize.

A professional home inspection takes a closer look at the accessible systems and components of the property, including areas such as the roof, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC system, foundation, attic, crawlspace, exterior, and interior.

Fireline also uses specialized equipment, including thermal imaging cameras and drones, when appropriate to help inspectors evaluate areas of a property that may be difficult to see through a standard visual inspection alone.

The goal is to give buyers and property owners useful information about the condition of the property so they can make informed decisions.

Proud to Be Part of the Charlotte Community

Being featured on Positively Charlotte is especially meaningful because Charlotte is home for Fireline Inspections.

Our team works with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, investors, and commercial property owners throughout the Charlotte metro area as well as surrounding communities in North Carolina and South Carolina.

We appreciate Queen City News and Positively Charlotte for giving us the opportunity to share the Fireline Inspections story with the Charlotte community.
